Better workplace support starts with
understanding
what
your people need.

We work alongside HR and People teams to understand how your people experience work, then bring together the strategy, training, coaching and on-site support that fits.

Wellbeing support that becomes part of everyday work

Your HR & People Teams
Every Wellbeing

We complement the support and expertise already within your teams.

When people feel supported at work, it shows: in how teams communicate, how managers respond and how people feel about coming in each day.

Policies and an Employee Assistance Programme give you a strong foundation. Practical, regular support for managers and employees helps that foundation reach people day to day, so wellbeing becomes part of your culture

Two ways to work with us

Whether you want a longer term approach to workplace wellbeing or need a specific service, we can help you find the right starting point.

Ongoing

Ongoing workplace wellbeing support

One-off

One-off services

We work with you to understand your organisation, identify priorities and bring together a programme suited to your people. This can include management training, coaching, health checks and wellbeing activities.

Sometimes you know exactly what you need. Book an individual workshop, training session, health check or wellbeing activity, including support for awareness campaigns such as Mental Health Awareness Week, Stress Awareness Month and World Wellbeing Week.

We coordinate the planning and delivery, bringing in independent specialists where appropriate, so you have one partner to work with.

Support designed around your organisation

Every organisation is different, so we shape the support around your people, your calendar and your budget.

1

Get to know your organisation

We learn about your people, how they work and the support you already have in place.

2

Choose the right mix

Together, we choose the support that will make the most difference, from practical skills for managers to time for people to recharge.

3

Choose the right mix

We plan and deliver everything around your working day, so taking part is easy and people look forward to it.

What we bring together

Our Core Offer

Employee Wellbeing Programme

We help you work out what your organisation needs, or take what you already know and turn it into a structured wellbeing programme.

Workshops & Training

Practical, interactive sessions that give your people the tools to stay well at work, from mental health and resilience to team culture.

On-site Wellness Activities

Chair massage, wellbeing days, yoga, sound healing and more, giving your people time to pause and recharge without disrupting the working day.

Onsite Health Checks

15 to 25 minute appointments covering blood pressure, BMI, body composition and cholesterol, with personal feedback.

Financial Wellbeing

Practical workshops and a clear strategy, with specialist expertise from our financial partner, Aetas Wealth.

Neurodivergent Support

Coaching for employees, guidance for managers and advice for organisations, so the support one person receives is backed by the people around them.

Everything can be delivered on-site, virtually or both. Where a service is not something we deliver ourselves, we source it through trusted, qualified partners.
