Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Inclusive Wellbeing Works, we are committed to delivering high-quality accredited and CPD courses. Due to the nature of our courses, we have a structured refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all learners.

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • More than 14 days before the course start date: A 100% refund is available upon written request.

  • Between 6 to 14 days before the course start date: A 50% refund is available upon written request.

  • 5 days or less before the course start date: No refunds will be issued.

 

Course Dropouts After Starting

  • Once a participant has attended any part of the course (including Day 1), no refunds will be issued.

  • Non-completion of the course does not entitle the participant to a refund.

 

No-Show and Missed Attendance

  • Failure to attend the course without prior notice will result in no refund.

  • If a participant misses a session due to unforeseen circumstances, they will not be eligible for a refund but may request course materials, where applicable.

 

Transfers and Course Rescheduling

  • If a participant is unable to attend a booked course, they may request to transfer to a future session of the same course.

  • Requests must be made in writing at least 5 days before the course start date.

  • Transfers are permitted once per booking and are non-refundable if not used.

 

Online Courses & Digital Products

  • Self-Paced Online Courses: Once access has been granted, no refunds will be issued.

  • Live Online Courses: The same cancellation and refund terms apply as for in-person courses.

 

Course Cancellations by Inclusive Wellbeing Works

If Inclusive Wellbeing Works cancels or reschedules a course, participants will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer to a future course at no additional cost.

 

Special Circumstances

  • Refund requests due to medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting evidence may be required.

  • Refunds in these cases are not guaranteed but may result in a partial refund or course transfer.

 

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a valid request.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

 

How to Request a Refund

All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@inclusivewellbeingworks.com. The request must include:

  • Full name

  • Course details

  • Reason for cancellation
