Marketing & Operations Strategist 

Natasha’s journey through diverse organisational landscapes, spanning private, public, and non-profit sectors revealed a consistent gap in addressing the real needs of employees. Her own experiences with neurodivergence and a hidden disability highlighted the pressing need for flexibility, and understanding in the workplace. Fuelled by her passion for inclusive wellbeing, Natasha founded Every Wellbeing to offer tailored solutions that resonate with both individuals and organisations. Her approach is bold, disruptive, and rooted in everyday experiences, aiming to transform workplaces into environments where everyone feels heard and supported.

Tanya is the Marketing and Operations Strategist at Every Wellbeing, drawing on over 5 years of experience working with brands such as Remington, Virgin Media and Plan International in supporting with digital marketing, campaign strategy, SEO, and content planning. She plays a key role in shaping how we communicate our message, manage our platforms, and ensure our operations run smoothly behind the scenes. Tanya’s work supports our commitment to reaching people in clear, inclusive, and meaningful ways. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, experiencing new cultures, and relaxing with a good book.
