Natasha Rhone BSc (Hons), MSc, MIBPSs
Founder | Wellbeing Consultant
Natasha specialises in workplace wellbeing, organisational culture, and employee experience. Working across private, public, and non profit organisations, she identified a recurring disconnect between wellbeing strategies and their practical impact. She founded Every Wellbeing to help organisations take a more effective and structured approach to supporting their workforce, focusing on how wellbeing is applied in everyday working environments.

Alice Keniston BSc (Hons)
PA & Communications Officer
Alice brings a calm and steady presence to Every Wellbeing through her combined experience as a qualified mental health nurse and her role as PA and Communications Officer. Her background in clinical practice has given her a deep understanding of the emotional and practical pressures people face at work, and she approaches every enquiry with care, patience, and professionalism. With a strong commitment to inclusive wellbeing, Alice supports the day to day flow of the organisation and ensures that individuals feel acknowledged when they reach out. Her passion for clear communication and compassionate support strengthens the foundation of Every Wellbeing, helping to create an environment where people feel valued, informed, and understood

Duncan Harper
Business and Client Consultant
With over 15 years of experience driving growth across global organisations, Duncan brings a strong commercial perspective to Every Wellbeing, alongside a thoughtful and people focused approach to business development. His career spans enterprise environments, fast growing companies, and leadership roles where long term relationships, trust, and considered decision making have been central to his work. What matters most to Duncan is working with organisations that want to take a purposeful approach to wellbeing. He supports teams to explore solutions that are practical, sustainable, and aligned with how people work. Known for his collaborative style and strategic thinking, Duncan builds partnerships that feel supportive, well judged, and grounded in workplace experience.

Georgina Smalldridge
Mental Health First Aid Instructor
Georgina brings an engaging and insightful approach to Every Wellbeing through her work as a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist. With a strong foundation in psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and behavioural science, she is passionate about helping individuals and teams recognise early signs of mental health challenges and respond with confidence and compassion. Alongside her therapeutic practice, Georgina has extensive experience delivering workplace wellbeing training and mental health initiatives across the public sector. Her ability to blend evidence-based knowledge with practical, accessible techniques empowers people to build resilience and create supportive environments where good mental health can truly thrive.
