  • Updates on legislative reforms and public information.

  • Accredited and CPD workshops and courses.

  • Consultations, including free initial consultations.

  • Workplace coaching and well-being workshops.

  • Memberships granting access to exclusive content and events.

2.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our services at our sole discretion without prior notice.

3. MEMBERSHIP AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

3.1 Users may register for memberships, which grant access to exclusive resources and events. 3.2 By registering for a membership, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. 3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships at any time for misuse, non-compliance, or violation of these Terms.

4. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

4.1 Course Fees and Refunds

4.1.1 All course fees are non-refundable unless a written cancellation request is submitted at least two weeks prior to the course start date, in which case a full refund will be issued. 4.1.2 If a cancellation request is received within five days of the course start date, a 50% refund will be granted. 4.1.3 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made outside of these timeframes.

4.2 Consultation Services

4.2.1 Consultation services do not require upfront payment, as contracts are signed before work commences. 4.2.2 As such, consultation services are not covered under this refund policy.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS

5.1 You agree to use the Site and services in a lawful manner and in compliance with this Agreement. 5.2 You may not attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or any user accounts. 5.3 Any misuse of Site content, including copying, modifying, or redistributing materials without prior written consent, is strictly prohibited.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6.1 All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, are owned by or licensed to Inclusive Wellbeing Works™. 6.2 Users are strictly prohibited from using, reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content without prior written authorisation. 6.3 Trademark Notice: Inclusive Wellbeing Works™ is a trademark of Inclusive Wellbeing Works.
