WELLBEING CHAMPION TRAINING
Give your people the skills to support colleagues, strengthen your wellbeing provision and create another route into support.
Workshop Overview
Your people do not always need HR or a manager. Sometimes they need someone who knows how to listen, what to look for and where to direct them for support.
Our Wellbeing Champion Training equips employees with the knowledge and confidence to become an effective first point of contact for colleagues who may be experiencing difficulties with their wellbeing.
By building a network of trained Wellbeing Champions, organisations can extend their wellbeing support across the workforce, make support easier to access and give managers and HR another layer of support.

What Our people say about our training

FAQs
Is DISC a personality test?
No. DISC looks at how people tend to behave and communicate at work. There are no good or bad styles and nothing to pass or fail. It gives your team a simple, shared language for talking about how each person works best.
Our team already has some tension. Is this workshop still suitable?
Often, that is when it helps most. Let us know beforehand so we can plan the day with care and create a safe space for everyone. If we think your team needs more than a workshop, we'll tell you.
Can this workshop be delivered online?
No, this one is in person only. Understanding each other as a team comes from being in the room together, with the face-to-face conversation and connection that a screen can't match.
Can the workshop be tailored to our team?
Yes. Before the day, we talk with you about your team, what's working well and what isn't. We then shape the examples, activities and focus around what's happening in your organisation.
Does anyone need to prepare before the day?
No preparation is needed from participants. We'll ask you, as the organiser, a few questions in advance so we can plan the session.
Is it suitable for neurodivergent colleagues or anyone who needs adjustments?
Yes. The day uses a mix of ways to take part, including discussion, activities and time to reflect, so no one has to speak up in front of the group to get value from it. Let us know about any adjustments beforehand and we'll build them in.
