Associate Qualified Coach

We take an inclusive, practical approach that supports both individuals and organisations to improve mental wellbeing and working lives. Role Overview We are seeking a professionally qualified Associate Coach to deliver well-being-focused coaching to employees within partner organisations. This freelance role is ideal for someone who can confidently work with a wide range of individuals, understands organisational systems, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities Deliver one-to-one coaching sessions with employees, in person and/or online Support clients in setting goals, overcoming workplace challenges, and improving overall well-being Provide brief, clear summaries after each session where required (no extensive admin) Liaise with the Every Wellbeing team regarding scheduling, feedback, and client needs Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards in line with coaching codes of conduct Represent Every Wellbeing with professionalism and care in all client interactions Requirements Coaching qualification (e.g. ILM, ICF, EMCC, or equivalent) Previous experience delivering coaching, preferably in workplace or well-being settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work autonomously while being part of a wider mission-driven team Based in or able to travel to London/surrounding areas when needed Desirable Understanding of occupational stress, burnout, or workplace mental health Experience working with diverse populations or underrepresented groups Awareness of neurodiversity and inclusive practices. Associate Training Facilitator 

Location: Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Associate Training Facilitator to support the delivery and assessment of our accredited and CPD-certified courses. You will work closely with the lead facilitator to co-deliver engaging training sessions, mark assessments in line with course criteria, and contribute to a high standard of learner experience. Key Responsibilities Co-deliver face-to-face and online training workshops to diverse learner groups Facilitate discussions, group work, and reflective learning in line with course objectives Support the marking of learner work using provided frameworks and assessment criteria Provide clear, constructive feedback to learners Assist with pre- and post-session preparation, including materials and learner support Uphold professional standards in line with awarding body requirements Represent Every Wellbeing with professionalism and integrity Essential Requirements Award in Education and Training (Level 3) or equivalent teaching/training qualification Experience delivering training to adult learners Strong facilitation and communication skills Confident in supporting inclusive learning environments Solid understanding of mental health, workplace wellbeing, and health and safety in work settings Ability to work collaboratively and independently Desirable Awareness of neurodiversity and disabilities (hidden and visible) Background in coaching, counselling, HR, or organisational development Knowledge of assessment practices and quality assurance processes.
