Mental Health First Aid is the only programme with a fixed duration, as it must be delivered over two full days to meet accreditation requirements.
Can training be deliverd online or in person? Yes, all of our mental health training is available both online and in person, giving you flexibility to choose the format that works best for your team.
Do you offer accredited training? Yes, we offer accredited Mental Health First Aid training through Mental Health First Aid England. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate valid for three years.
How many people can attend training? We keep group sizes manageable so everyone can get value from the session. Mental Health First Aid training has a maximum group size of 16 participants. Mental Health Awareness and Mental Health Champion training can be more flexible, depending on your organisation’s needs and the format of delivery.
